David joined MMGC in 1997 and specializes in the areas of individual income taxation, personal financial planning and tax and business consulting. He was named a partner in 2003 and was elected Managing Partner in 2004. Prior to joining the firm, David practiced in Rochester, New York for twenty-five years where he served as partner in two locally based CPA firms. David has taught accounting, tax, business and investment courses at Universities and colleges in New York and California and is a popular guest speaker and broadcast guest for programs throughout the Coachella Valley.

Graduate of Ithaca College in New York. David holds his general securities license and is a registered investment advisor. In addition, he is certified as a public accountant in both California and New York.
