Howard joined MMGC in 1972 and has focused his practice on providing comprehensive tax, Estate planning and financial planning services to his clients which include individuals, corporations, partnerships and estates. With more than 30 years of experience in these areas, Howard is one of the valleys leading authorities. He is recognized for his intimate knowledge Of taxation issues and his ability to help clients mitigate or avoid the impact of all types of taxes. In 1993, Howard oversaw the creation of MMGC, Inc., the firm's affiliate which focuses on providing personal financial planning services to individuals with high net worth and complex investment issues.

Graduate of Roosevelt University, Chicago with a bachelor of science in business administration. Studied taxation at DePaul University graduate school in Chicago. Holds certificates in advanced personal financial planning from the California CPA Foundation and educational achievement in personal financial planning from the American Institute Of CPAs. Howard has CPA status in California and Illinois.
